People have very different ideas about the sort of person it takes to be a Christian, the truth is that anyone can become a Christian!
The Bible tells us that a Christian is someone who responds to God's love, believes in Jesus, recognises that we do things wrong and that we need to say sorry to God, and then asks God to come into the very centre of our lives, to lead us, rule us and guide us.
God calls us all to him, no matter what we've done in the past or the mistakes we will make in the future!
"But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners."

We would encourage you to find out more about becoming a Christian by joining one of our Alpha courses. WBC has been running this 12 week course on a regular basis for over 10 years, it aims to explore any questions you may have about the Christian faith.
